Chat models format almost everything as bullets with a bold label and a colon. Pasted into an email, a blog or a README, it's instantly recognizable.

Formatting by rule. When the labels just repeat the first word of each bullet, they add visual noise and no information.

How to fix it

  1. If the bullets are short, turn them into one sentence.
  2. Keep labels only for scannable reference material (specs, API docs).

When it's fine

Documentation, changelogs and spec sheets often need labeled lists.
